Welcome Senior Agents & Brokers
So What Can I Do Now That AEP Is Over?

There are six specific markets that you can still sell to during the Lock-In Period and they
are:
1) Age-In's/People Just Turning 65
2) People with Medicare and Medicaid or who qualify for Low Income Subsidy
3) Beneficiaries who qualify for a Chronic Illness Plan
4) Movers/New to Area Market
5) Retiree's Moving off A Group Health
6) Medicare Supplement Plans are available to sell year round

In Oregon we offer FamilyCare Health Plans and CareOregon Dual Eligible Plans. In
California, Utah and Washington we offer Molina Medicare Dual Eligible Plans.

This is also the perfect time to go back to your clients and offer them other important
financial products like:
Dental, Long-Term Care and Final Expense.  We have made it easy
for our agents to get appointed with some of the top carriers in each of these markets by
providing all the contracting material right here online.  Simply go to our
Dental, Long-Term
Care or Final Expense web page.  If you need any assistance or in need of other products,
please give us a call.

Remember you need to get a  SCOPE of Appointment form prior to meeting with
beneficiaries.  Please read these
Medicare Marketing Guidelines for more details on what
are acceptable sales and marketing practices.  CMS requires that you as an agent disclose
all your sales events to them by the 15th of the month prior to your event.  If an event should
arise that does not give you that much time please disclose it as soon as possible.
